Minutes are prepared after each board meeting by the Secretary, Steve Caine. The minutes also contain a brief summary of the meeting. At the next meeting of the Board of Directors, the minutes are approved, and the summaries are published on our website and in our weekly announcements. This results in a 1-2 month delay in posting.
