Minutes are prepared after each board meeting by the Secretary, Emily Joseph. The minutes also contain a brief summary of the meeting. At the next meeting of the Board of Directors, the minutes are approved, and the summaries are published on our website and in our weekly announcements. This results in a 1-2 month delay in posting. The board reviewed version 6 of the proposed Memorandum of Understanding with Temple Emanu-El. There was extensive discussion of the language of the document, and a number of changes were made. The document was returned to Emanu-El as version 7.
